I have been interested in cooking and nutrition since I attended a kids cooking class at my neighborhood community center when I was 9 years old. I still remember our first recipe – sunshine carrots! I operated a catering business during high school and continue to enjoy making healthy foods for friends and family. My formal education includes a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science as well as degrees in engineering and environmental studies.
